Opening it takes patience, not force: a few discreet moves and a loose key piece release the lid to reveal the space inside. It arrives finished and ready to play, not a self assembly kit, so it works as an escape room prop, a clever gift, or a place to hide a smaller gift inside. The opening is a multi step sequence, fully mechanical,
