Goro hide_from_recommendations Process: primarily washedGoro is a classic, washed Ethiopian coffees with florals, citrus, stone fruit, and a hint of anise spice. This is a "drink all day" coffee balanced flavors, zero fatigue. This first went out to our monthly subscribers, and now it's available to all! The pulping of this coffee left approximately 10% mucilage stuck to the seed, a mini honey if you will. It fermented 24 hours, followed by hand washing and shade drying. As the coffee dried, it was stirred
